Understand What Is Changing, and Know What to Do Next

A practical collection of menopause resources to help you understand your symptoms, support your changing body and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Three digital PDF resources. Instant download after purchase.

Menopause can leave you wondering what happened to the woman you used to know.

Your sleep may have changed. Your energy can disappear halfway through the day. Your body may respond differently to food and exercise, while hot flushes, mood changes, brain fog, stubborn weight changes, reduced strength or a loss of confidence make everyday life feel harder than it should. You may no longer recognise how your body responds, and you may worry about what these changes mean for your future health.

You do not need more conflicting advice or another list of rigid rules. You need a clear understanding of what may be happening, practical ways to support yourself and a place to work through the emotional changes that often receive far less attention.

The Menopause Clarity Toolkit brings those pieces together in one supportive, self-paced collection.

Support for the changes you may be experiencing

.01

You are exhausted, but quality sleep still feels out of reach.

You may be waking through the night, lying awake with a busy mind, or dragging yourself through the day on far less energy than you used to have.

The Menopause Clarity Toolkit helps you understand what may be driving those changes, and gives you simple, practical steps to support your sleep, energy, mood and body through this stage of life.

.02

Your body composition is changing, and you feel weaker or less confident in yourself.

Learn how the right kind of movement can support muscle, strength, energy, bone health and confidence through menopause.

Inside the Exercise Guide, you’ll discover why strength training, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and balance all matter now, plus simple ways to build a more purposeful routine that suits your body and your life.

.03

Brain fog, mood changes, or a long list of symptoms can leave you wondering where to begin.

The Science & Symptoms Workbook helps you make sense of what you are experiencing, notice patterns, track what is affecting you most, and prepare clearer questions for your health professional.

.04

You feel disconnected from the woman you once were, or frustrated with the body you are living in now.

The toolkit helps you understand the key areas that may need support, and gives you practical next steps to begin feeling more like yourself again, while recognising when personalised healthcare is needed.

What makes this different

This is not another menopause quick fix.

The Menopause Clarity Toolkit looks beyond one symptom or one number on the scales. It brings together education, movement, emotional well-being and self-reflection, because menopause can affect far more than your temperature or your menstrual cycle.

The aim is not to diagnose you or tell you that every woman needs the same solution. It is to help you understand your own experience, notice useful patterns and make more informed choices about the support that is right for you.

How to use the toolkit

.01

Begin with the Science & Symptoms Workbook and identify what is affecting you most.

.02

Choose one or two practical actions from the Exercise Guide rather than changing everything at once.

.03

Use the Journal at your own pace to explore the emotional and personal side of the transition.

.04

Revisit your trackers and reflections to notice changes, patterns and questions.

Meet Your Coach

Hi lovely, I'm Audrey McCosh

Menopause Specialist. Nutritionist. Weight Loss and Results Coach. 30 plus years experience.

I have spent more than three decades helping women transform their health, their confidence and their quality of life.

Most women do not need more willpower. They need the right support, the right education and a system designed specifically for women in midlife.

I have lived this myself. I know exactly what it feels like to do everything right and still feel like your body is working against you. That is exactly why I built this programme.

STILL NOT SURE?
